People Affairs Officer
This is an important role helping the People Success department. It will be responsible for facilitating employee relations and resolving any Internal Employee or VA issues as required with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment.

- Upholds and implements the T&Co. Handbook - Company policies and procedures
- Ensures the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
- Initiates and implement processes and programs for all employees' affairs.
- Advocates all employees' necessities
- Handles employee complaints
- Processes Incident Reports
- Investigates and resolves complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
- Manages grievance procedures
- Facilitates counseling by conducting regular 1 on 1 check-ins with all employees
- Collates and analyses employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis through their Superior's Evaluations and Self-Evaluations
- Revises people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
- Participates in and collaborates with the Workplace Officer in creating projects/activities for the betterment of all employees.
- Prepares the ICA and SOW of current employees who will be reassigned to a different unit or who will have a Job Description Upgrade and of Apprentices who will be absorbed as an internal employee

- Develops a strong knowledge of T&Co’s info (Our Philosophy), workflow and online materials
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, culture and business ethics.
- Needs to complete 4 work hours on a fixed weekday schedule (10am - 3pm)
- It will potentially require 8 work hours on a fixed weekday schedule (8am - 5pm)
- Submits a concise/ summarized weekly report to the Head of People Success
- Attends Weekly StandUps and Monthly ManCom Meetings
Required Skills:
- Has highly developed all-around interpersonal skills.
- Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of social networking and communication. Experience of Trello, and tech-savviness is a plus.
- Proactive, always communicating with all employees (internal team members and VAs) and sending updates to the Management and Executive team
- Motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same!
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Show awareness of your own strengths and areas for growth, and a desire to develop and apply new skills
- True team player who understands we all have to sometimes roll up our sleeves and pitch in
- Great communicator with a flair for interacting to all people.
Technical Requirements:
- Working computer with the following minimum configurations:
- 8GB of memory
- Windows 10 or MacOS 10.15 Catalina
- Stable internet speed of at least 20mbps
