SYSTEMS AND TECH ASSISTANT HEAD


The Systems and Tech team helps our team with all things related to IT and the overall workflow of daily operations. The Tech Assistant Head provides support to the team by handling systems and tech concerns.

Key responsibilities:
  • Maintains broad knowledge of all necessary company information.
  • Keeps tabs on emerging technologies to integrate into the company's products and services
  • Proactively does research on apps/software/systems options to make the team's daily operations easier
  • Safeguards the company's database
  • Initially responds to Tech inquiries from the team via Lark and emails to ensure every inquiry and concern is answered and addressed
  • Advocates all employees (VAs/ Apprentices/ Officers) tech needs internally, owning their challenges and working on ways to prevent them from recurring
  • Handles Digital Accounts Onboarding with newly hired employees (VAs/ Apprentices/ Officers)
  • Reminds the Head of Systems and Tech about any pressing due dates on a subscription etc.
  • Assists the Head of Systems and Tech in the following:
    • Maintaining the company website
    • Handling the Tech email
    • Organizing company materials

Requisites for the Role:
  • Develops a strong knowledge of T&Co’s workflow and IT materials
  • Adheres to company policies, procedures, culture and business ethics.
  • Needs to complete 4 work hours every weekdays in a fixed schedule (10am-3pm PHT)
  • Submits a concise/ summarized weekly report to the unit head or Meets with the Unit Head weekly
    • Attend Weekly Stand ups

Required Skills:
  • Excellent IT skills with a competent knowledge of tech tools. Experience in using Trello is a plus.
  • Tech-savviness is a must.
  • Always thinks of better ways to simplify work with the help of technology
  • Proactive, always sending updates to the team
  • Motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same!
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills as well as active listening skills
  • Very good communication skills, demonstrated daily by working quickly and accurately to resolve team queries
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Show awareness of your own strengths and areas for growth, and a desire to develop and apply new skills
  • True team player who understands we all have to sometimes roll up our sleeves and pitch in
Technical Requirements:
  • Working computer with the following minimum configurations:
    • 8GB of memory
    • Windows 10 or MacOS 10.15 Catalina
  • Stable internet speed of at least 20mbps
