Client Success Officer
The Client Success team helps our clients become successful through the use of our virtual assistant services, ensuring retention and client happiness. The Coordinator role provides support to the team by handling client inquiries or concerns, and the following day to day tasks:

- Maintain broad knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
- Advocates clients' needs internally, owning their challenges and working on ways to prevent them from recurring
- Initially responds to inquiries via instant messaging apps and emails to ensure every inquiry is answered
- Handle client issues in a polite and professional fashion
- Reports to the Client Success Officers of any recent updates about the clients
- Checks and reminds the Client of any pressing due dates on their Service Contract
- Organizes Client files, emails to be sent out to Clients and all admin-related tasks inside the unit

- Develops a strong knowledge of T&Co’s service plans
- Understands how the benefits of T&Co’s services can meet client’s needs in various business verticals;
- Adheres to company policies, procedures, culture and business ethics.
- Needs to complete 4 work hours every weekdays in a flexible/on-call setup
- Submits a concise/ summarized weekly report to the Unit Head with client updates
- Attend Weekly StandUps and Monthly Mancoms
Required Skills:
- Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of social networking tools. Experience of Trello, and tech-savviness is a plus.
- Proactive, always sending updates to the team
- Motivated by a fast-paced environment where you will have to constantly adapt - no two days are the same!
- Excellent written and verbal English skills as well as a confident phone manner and active listening skills
- Very good customer service skills, demonstrated daily by working quickly and accurately to resolve client queries
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Show awareness of your own strengths and areas for growth, and a desire to develop and apply new skills
- True team player who understands we all have to sometimes roll up our sleeves and pitch in

- Working computer with the following minimum configurations:
- 8GB of memory
- Windows 10 or MacOS 10.15 Catalina
- Stable internet speed of at least 20mbps
